Begin with a simple request to our team, via email or our in-take form.
Our team will review the request and let you know if we can support your request. We will let you know an estimate of time, cost, and required information.
As we work the request, you will receive feedback on the status and a custom site with information on your request. You will either receive verification or you will receive feedback on next steps.
Your verification information, submission, and communications are encrypted and secure. Any chats are deleted after the verification. You can choose to make the verification public or keep it private. It's your data!
Your organization needs you to complete an activity, such as volunteer time or a project. There's no official way to submit that proof, or to get that proof. So what do you do?
With Fidantas, our team of experts can step in and help! Start by reaching out to our team with what the specific requirements are. Receive a free estimate and then submit the documentation.
Respond to any additional information requests, such as image or document uploads, and then leave it to us! Once verified, we issue you a verification statement and customized web link showing we verified the information to the best of our knowledge, skills, and requirements. If we cannot verify for whatever reason, we will refund your application fee, minus a 5% service fee to cover costs.
